Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

What I personally find the hardest to draw is feet and hands. I found that with a lot of practice and a lot of frustrating mistakes my feet and hands actually look at the very least almost the way i want them to be.
Now my favorite Style of drawing is Anime or sometimes semi-realism, and i find that by doing studies of the more traditional style realism actually helps improve my anime pictures greatly. For instance i would practice drawing my hands and feet in different positions holding different things and from different angles. Oh wow, this is truly adorable. And, as always, it's so beautiful. Sherlock understands that he has to die, but he doesn't realize how high the stakes are until the fall.
Leaving Lestrade is so sad. Is is one of those bittersweet drawings of yours that gives me those good chills I get when I look at some of your other drawings.
Lestrade's expression is so sad, the look of worry that he's going to lose his sunshine forever. Of course, I did read your fan fic, "After the Fall" and I know what happens afterward. Three years without sunshine. How could one last?

thank you as always for taking the time to comment, my dear. I am glad you liked it so much. awwwh you exactly wrote down my thought. Yeah, Sherlock knows that he is going to die and he probably has a plan but he doesn't know if it would work and he is scared, he is scared of what will happen, he is scared to leave the people he cares most about behind, to leave Lestrade, who he loves and who he literally would die for.

Lestrade indeed probably knows that this is a Goodbye, that Sherlock only came to him to say goodbye and it breaks him because now no one is there to protect S, to protect the one Lestrade wants to keep safe most.

Goodness, so many situations come to mind as to how this would play out. I can't help but feel that Lestrade would try to be calm, but end up breaking down towards the end asking Sherlock not to go. ;w;

awwwh I think Sherlock will not tell him the whole story. That he has to leave, that he has to die. He will show up at Lestrade's flat and seeking comfort and feeling save - probably for a long time. Lestrade will know that there is something wrong, because Sherlock is so skittish and nervous and scared and Lestrade feels still angry because S escaped him today when he had to arrest him and John and Sherlock made everything worse with his escape and he feels also so guilty because he had to arrest them. And he knows in some way that this is a Goodbye, that Sherlock will leave him and that he probably won't come back.

More than likely Lestarde would know, but he would still hope for some way to make sure that he could try to convince Sherlock to stay around telling him that he could find refuge with him or maybe even Mycroft. At this point Sherlock would know he was desperate, wanting for him to stay, but probably leave something with him. I was thinking maybe his scarf or his favorite shirt as a reminder of what they had.

My heart hurts. Wow this is so so beautiful. I love love love love love your use of light. It is so beautiful, with all the sun coming through the curtains and playing across the piece. I love also how the curtains blow in the wind. How sad it is that the world is so full of sunshine when Lestrade's sunshine is leaving him. No matter how sunny it is Lestrade's world will not have sunshine for three years. And god the look on his face breaks my heart. I think that Greg always suffers so quietly. He is a very internal person, he keeps his feelings inside of him. And here he holds his brave, neutral face even though inside he is crying. I think this is the very definition of who lestrade is: external strength, internal delicacy. He is so so so delicate and sad inside all the time, every moment of his life, and here more than ever you have captured that. This picture makes me cry. So powerful.

And poor little Sherlock, how he hides himself in Lestrade's strength, how he clings to him. He is so scared of what lies ahead, and usually when he is scared he can go to lestrade and lestrade will hold him. But after today that cannot happen anymore. Awww I keep crying. Poor Sherlock. And Lestrade is crying too, inside, for he wants to hold Sherlock tight and make it okay but this time he can't and it breaks him.

If Sherlock is Greg's sunshine, Greg is Sherlock's North Star, to guide him. But Sherlock will be without this star for his three years and he will be so lost...

This picture makes me cry so hard aww my dear you draw such beautiful things but such sad ones. Beautiful work, though. You always amaze me. Now I must go cry.

awwwh let me hug you for this lovely and detailed and wonderful comment. I always enjoy your reviews so much. <3 And I love to hear what you think about my pictures and what little story you have in your head when looking at them. They are always so lovely. I am glad you like the picture and my use of light - I tend to overuse it sometimes but I think it was fitting this time. awwh yeah Lestrade Sunshine is leaving him and he doesn't know that this is the last time he will see. The last time he will hold him close until three years later he will come back but changed and broken. Lestrade is probably still angry and so very guilty because of what happened today - with Sherlock and John escaping and Lestrade still have to arrest Sherlock. Yeah Lestrade is strong and brave and I think he knows something bad will happen and he feels it inside him that something terrible will happen to Sherlock, something he can not protect him from. And yeah Lestrade is scared, he is so scared. He doesn't know if his plan would work, he doesn't know if he would see Lestrade again, the man he cares so much about. He doesn't know if he will not die tomorrow and he feels weak and at the edge.

I am so sorry to make you cry my dear, so let me hug you

Awwh and I love the idea of Greg being Sherlock's North Star, he indeed is his guiding light and when every other light will go out Sherlock will always have Lestrade. His light of hope. His savior. Sherlock saved John, yes but Lestrade, Lestrade saved Sherlock from the drugs, from the boredom, from not being loved. He saved Sherlock and that is what is love about. Saving, protecting the ones you care about most.

Awww I feel so sad

poor sherlock and lestrade my heart hurts for them because they suffer so much. But yes, it was Lestrade who saved Sherlock and always will. John is Sherlock's best friend but Lestrade is his protector and his saviour and he has been this since the day they met and will never stop. Lestrade has devoted his life to protecting his little detective. And if indeed saving one another is what love is about, there is no love as pure as Sherlock and Lestrade's because they have each saved one another and it is the most beautiful reciprocal arrangement

but Lestrade is more. I often thought about what Lestrade saw in Sherlock when they met for the first time.

What I also like about Lestrade is that he is not afraid to rebuke Sherlock when he makes something wrong or is cruel and I think that their relationship is therefore more balanced than for example S and Js in season one and sometimes also in season 2.
